WARRANTY / RETURN POLICY

                 All Wild 1 Inc. products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

• All warranties must be accompanied with proof of purchase. 
• Gouges, scratches and rust due to lack of customer care are not considered manufacturing defects.
• Powder Coated bars are protected for 1 year from purchase date.
• A Return Authorization Number is required on all Wild 1 Inc. products. (RA# must be displayed on returned package).
• Products returned without RA # will be refused and redirected back to the shipper.
• The Return Authorization Number does not imply a replacement or refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim.
• Our limited lifetime warranty covers only original purchaser of Wild 1, Inc products.
• Any alteration made to Wild 1 Inc. products void warranty.
• Improper installation will void warranty.
• No credit will be issued for labor, or any other cost incurred beyond the original cost of the part.
• Claims for missing, incorrect, lost or damaged items must be made within 48 hours of receipt of shipment.
• If you mount  product on your bike it is considered used and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• If you purchase one of our products from one of the many online stores,(eBay, Amazon, Rev Zilla, you must go through  them directly to get all refunds, warranty or exchanges.

• If you received free shipping on your item and you wish to return it, you will be charged the original shipping cost or a 10% restocking fee.
• If you are wanting to return a product because you have a change of mind or it is not exactly what you are looking for, the return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
• Once a product has been mounted on a bike and ridden the part is considered yours.
• If the customer decides to exchange for a different Wild 1 Inc. product, then the restocking fee may be waved, (You have 30 days).
• All returned merchandise is subject to inspection. 
• Any damaged product returned to Wild 1 Inc. is subjected to a re-chroming or re-powder coat fee, ($50.00) or refusal of return.
• We are very anal about our products so you, our customer, receive the best quality product possible.
