THE MOST IMPORTANT THING BETWEEN YOU AND YOUR BIKE

First we cut all 1" sections to total length of the handlebar.

Next we cut all 1.25" sections for the CHUBBY® areas.

Then all 1.25" sections are pre-polished.

All of our Chubby® bars start with 1" tubing. We knurl the center sections.
We slide 1.25" tubing over the top of the 1" tubing and tig weld in place on a jig.
(All our CHUBBY® bars are made with double wall construction)

Next we mill the wire holes to keep the look as clean as possible.

Then all wire holes are de-burred to eliminate all sharp edges.

Then we add the notch for the electronic "fly by wire".

Then they go for a second polishing before bending.

Then they are bent on our CNC tube bender for accuracy.

Then they are sent out for micro polishing before
the show chrome plating or powder coating process is done.

Then every single handlebar is inspected throughly for an unmatched finish.
